Our Precious Young Ones

Many say that today’s youth are irresponsible, live in their own world of technology, parties, drugs, drinks, can’t have long term relationships, etc.

I say, today’s youth are smart, highly talented, they want solutions to all their problem, can’t understand dilly – dally approach, they are not ready to compromise on what they set their minds on, they don’t feel guilty to tell their previous generations where they have been wrong, they know how to put their ego down but to maintain their self – respect, they are sensitive to other people’s feelings and needs but, would also never sacrifice their desires.
Yes, today’s Youth are different and so are their problems. The more we understand them and adapt to the new world our young ones are entering…the more we would be able to help the youth around the world to cope with its pressure.

If today’s youth are open about their choices, opinions, sexual preference, technologically advanced, likes partying, starts forming relationship very early in life…do you think this is a sudden change. It is a reaction to decades of suppression. For ex, the more you suppressed the spring, the more forcefully it will spring back. Our young ones are just voicing decades of desires and feelings that has not been voiced, they are just living the life we have always craved to live. Once, we understand that we would back our youth in their beliefs with conviction and guide them to constructively voice themselves. With our experience and our precious young one's raw and vibrant energy we can, not only change a family's old mindset but also, a society's and a nation's old mindset.
How much ever, we want to deny, our young ones are just reflecting our dreams, the life we always wanted to live, thoughts we always wanted to put into words, words which we always wanted to put into actions.

Today’s youth need to be in alignment with their thoughts – words – actions so that they can fulfil their soul’s dream on this earth. The more we want to raise our children, like our parent raised us…the more miserable we would become. The more we are open to the new world’s mindset, the more we would understand our young ones and help them to constructively mould their energies.
If the alignment of Thoughts - Words - Actions is not present in one's life, it can get difficult for any adult to be constructive. Here, we are talking about these sensitive and spiritual advanced youngster. Since, they are spiritually advanced they are much more sensitive to alignments, honesty, there is a high need in them to be individualistic and to be understood correctly. If they are not able to get that from their immediate environment, there are chances they would become destructive.
Generally, addiction takes place when there are empty spaces in one’s heart, when there is lot of anger especially towards parent or parent – figure. If your teenager or young adult is addicted to video games, drinking, smoking, is not stable in relationships, etc… it’s time for both the parent to sit and analyze. It’s not too late to get your child back and put your family back on track.

FUDOL (fillingupthedash-esoflife) Therapies positively believes that any negative circumstances can be turned into positive. We would help you, be your support while you bring your young one’s back home again.

Forgiveness

I Ask God to Let Me Be Free of Anger,
I Ask God to Let Me Be Free of Criticism,
I Ask God To Let Me Respect Other ‘s Individuality,
I Ask God to Let Me Love Each and Every Soul,

One Day It Dawned Me that Acceptance is The Key Word,
By Developing A High Self – Esteem…
Not Only Would I Start Respecting Myself, but also Others.

Accepting that God has Made Everyone Perfect,
Accepting that …What I Consider Other’s Weakness…
Is Where that Particular Soul Wants to Be, In that Particular Moment,
Accepting that By Criticizing Others, I would Only Condemn Myself….
As Others are Part of Me, and We In-turn, are Part of Divine.
Accepting Others Individuality, Is Accepting God’s Gift as It Is…
Without the Need to Change Anyone.
Accepting that Everyone has Their Own Destiny…
And not Interfering In that Soul’s Purpose In this Life.

I Ask Forgivness from the One’s I have Hurt,
The One’s I have not Valued, The One’s I have Taken for Granted,
The One’s whose Destiny I have Interfered with, The One’s who I have not Treated With Respect.

I Forgive The One’s Who Have Hurt Me,
The One’s who have not Respected Me, The One’s who have not Valued Me,
The One’s who have Interfered with My Destiny, The One’s who have Taken Me for Granted.

 Finally,
I Forgive Myself for Doubting Myself,
For not Accepting Myself, For not Loving Myself,
For not Respecting God’s Gift, For not Reaching My Highest Potential,
And for not Listening To My Soul’s Voice.

Forgiving Yourself And Others, Is Loving Thyself and God,
Forgiving takes Humankind to Different Realms.

Choices, Choices and Choices...

‘One’s Philosophy is not best expressed in words; it is expressed in the choices one makes…and the choices we make are ultimately our responsibility’.
                                ------- Eleanor Roosevelt

‘Our Life is defined by the choices we make’.
There are so many times we come across these quotes about choices and yet the full implication of these quotes only hits us when we start analyzing our life.

No one would deny that every second of our life we make choices whether to have a tea or coffee, whether to become a doctor or businessman, whether to marry Mona or Sona, whether to put our ego down and apologize or keep the ego intact, whether to conquer one’s fears or to live a mediocre life, whether to believe in yourself and your intuition or to concur with what’s being told to you right from your childhood, whether to stay in a dead relationship and give your children a family or get out of that relationship and make your child face the trauma of an incomplete family, whether to stand up to injustice or to keep quiet and compromise.
Choices, Choices and Choices…how many of you have been confused what to choose? How many of you have later regretted that they should have opted for another choice? How many of you felt that your colleague has a better ability to make decisions? How many of you go through anguish in crisis or in a stressful situation just because you can’t decide? How many of you at the age of 60 feel that, ‘I wish I had done a particular thing different.’ Or ‘be proud of the choice you made 30 years ago.’

Whenever, I start to regret on any choice I have made during the course of my life, I remember one statement that a friend once told me,
‘The choice you make at any particular time of your life is the best choice you could have made in that particular circumstance.’

This statement, if you understand properly involves the aspect of fate or destiny; it also states that the choices you make at any particular point in time also depends on your state of mind. For ex, if you have to choose between: a) Overcoming fear and live a rich life or b) Give in to your fears and live a mediocre life.
Now, if you have lived your life till now with a lot of fear i.e. fear of speech, fear of what other people say, etc. then there are high chances that whenever there is any opportunity to do something big, you would choose option ‘b’.

And you will choose option ‘a’, if you have lived your life till now with lot of love i.e. you could always express want you have wanted, you were never afraid to show your creativity no matter what the verdict.
Your choices and to what extend you overcome your fear also depends on the extend of ‘fear’ or ‘love’ you are filled with.

The first step is... don’t beat yourself up for the decisions you had made in the past instead, look at why you took that particular decision… was it because there was any kind of fear attached to it. Let’s do one exercise here:

1)      Take one choice you have made in the past which you have regretted. Write it down.

2)      Write down why you regret it and what you regret about it. Cry about it, if you feel like.

3)      Ask yourself why did you make that choice…was there really no other option, or what stopped you from opting for the other choice. Think about it. Go deeper into the why’s.

4)      Be honest to yourself.

5)      The next decision you make in life…wait…think about why you making that particular decision. Is it because you really want to make that choice or because it’s your parent, your sibling, your neighbor, or your boss’s choice.

We @ FUDOL (fillingupthedash-esoflife) Therapies would not only address your guilt and regret over the past choices you have made but also help you work with your fear so that when you make the next choice, you make from a clear state of mind.
FUDOL (fillingupthedash-esoflife) Therapies  would act as a platform where you could gain back your control to make your own decisions, and to figure out a way to work with your mind as well as your heart so that the decisions you make are backed not only with logic but also with intuit.

Indigo Phenomenon

-  Have you felt out of place most of the times like in school you never felt it was teaching you anything worthwhile,
-  Did your teachers and parents feel you had trouble paying attention,
-  Did you ever refuse to follow any rituals which are common societal beliefs but, you felt they were of no use,
-  Do you respect people who give you back the same respect and give you freedom of choice rather than try to control you,
-  Do you feel age of a person and respecting that person is no way related,
-  Did you ever not obey the instruction of an ‘elder’ because you were never given a proper explanation or were not convince with the given explanation,
-  You would prefer a person to be direct and honest rather than manipulative and lie to you,
-  You never wanted a parent, you always wanted a friend or a partner…with whom you can discuss your grand plan of life and who can support you in your growing up, your life plans, etc.
-  Are your intent always misunderstood as anti – social.
- Did you ever feel that the world, the people you are surrounded by are all fighting for wrong things.

If you have faced or have any of those above qualities…there are chances you are an Indigo Child. Indigo children are here in the physical world to change the face of the world, to rebel against the old structures, old rituals, old thought patterns, old systems. They are here to form a New World Order.
The Indigo children were born in large numbers at around the year 1970+. There are high chances if you are an Indigo child that you were considered weird, stubborn, disobedient, there are high chances most people misunderstood you. You either rebelled and were called an anti – social or you either would have withdrawn from the world and were called Introvert.

Frustration of not being understood and the helplessness of not able to make people understand what a worthless life they are living must have put you on a destructive path.
Well, here’s the good news…there are lot of Indigo’s which are at their peak +20’s, they are all coming out of their shell, their destructive patterns, with a new belief and strength and this time they will not be discouraged by any condemn, criticism or put downs. They are here to put their foot down and say, “Enough Is Enough.” This time Indigo Children are here to stay till they change the face of the world.

I m not an expert on this subject but, people who are interested in knowing more about Indigo Children can read: Lee Carroll and Jan Tobber’s, The Indigo Children.
If you need any further assistance or want to just talk about this phenomenon…you can anytime make an appointment @ FUDOL (fillingupthedashesoflife) Therapies.

World’s Changing!!!!

In the midst of 21st century, there are so many changes happening like the attitude of people changing towards cleanliness, education, gender, caste, creed, etc.; children are getting lot smarter, intelligent, mature, with no – nonsense attitude at an very early age; citizens of under -developed and developing nations raising their voices against evil; rising above petty issues like gossiping, talking ill about others, trying to control others - people are getting more focused on one’s own development; many NGOs are being developed to help eradicate pain and suffering; technological upheaval is changing the face of the earth every day; many social networking sites helping individuals to be themselves and help them live a transparent life, old structures are collapsing, etc.

World is changing at a rate no one had expected it to. There is big shift happening around the world, at a pace which no one had anticipated, there is an increasing need to be oneself, stand up for what one feels and believes strongly in, to rise against authority and stand together.
Many of you must have noticed that there are some people going out of your life, there are new people entering your life who have same life purpose as yours at a pace like never before. You must have also felt your intuition getting stronger day by day, your goals are clearer than ever, etc.

There are few pointers I want to share with you to help you cope with all the changes happening in this world, in this society and in your own self:

A) Write down all the qualities and talents that you have which makes you special in an orange card board paper. Read these things 10 times loudly then stick it besides your mirror or anywhere visible to you on a daily basis.
B) Appreciate other person’s uniqueness. We have been given different qualities, nature, skills, talents, smartness, and behavior so that we can assist each other for change and help heal ourselves and the earth of all the bitterness in and around us. Ironically, it is the most difficult task as we have grown with so many insecurities and fears.
C) It is essential that you focus on yourself (your physical health, grooming yourself, thinking positive thoughts, doing what you love doing) as much as you can, it will help you listen to your inner voice more clearly. Whenever you feel strongly about doing something, get on with it. Your intuition is never wrong. Initially, you would require lot of courage but then, it will become your second nature to act on your intuition. Just take the plunge.
D) If a person wants to go out of your life, let him/her go, don’t hold on to them. As it is said, “If you love someone, let them go and if they come back to you, they are truly yours.” Let go of all the past relationships who though are not currently present in your life but, they are still present in your mind.
If you need further assistance on this problems or any other problems email us to fix up an appointment. We also have an option of online session.
