Indigo Phenomenon

-  Have you felt out of place most of the times like in school you never felt it was teaching you anything worthwhile,
-  Did your teachers and parents feel you had trouble paying attention,
-  Did you ever refuse to follow any rituals which are common societal beliefs but, you felt they were of no use,
-  Do you respect people who give you back the same respect and give you freedom of choice rather than try to control you,
-  Do you feel age of a person and respecting that person is no way related,
-  Did you ever not obey the instruction of an ‘elder’ because you were never given a proper explanation or were not convince with the given explanation,
-  You would prefer a person to be direct and honest rather than manipulative and lie to you,
You never wanted a parent, you always wanted a friend or a partner…with whom you can discuss your grand plan of life and who can support you in your growing up, your life plans, etc.
Are your intent always misunderstood as anti – social.
- Did you ever feel that the world, the people you are surrounded by are all fighting for wrong things.

If you have faced or have any of those above qualities…there are chances you are an Indigo Child. Indigo children are here in the physical world to change the face of the world, to rebel against the old structures, old rituals, old thought patterns, old systems. They are here to form a New World Order.
The Indigo children were born in large numbers at around the year 1970+. There are high chances if you are an Indigo child that you were considered weird, stubborn, disobedient, there are high chances most people misunderstood you. You either rebelled and were called an anti – social or you either would have withdrawn from the world and were called Introvert.

Frustration of not being understood and the helplessness of not able to make people understand what a worthless life they are living must have put you on a destructive path.
Well, here’s the good news…there are lot of Indigo’s which are at their peak +20’s, they are all coming out of their shell, their destructive patterns, with a new belief and strength and this time they will not be discouraged by any condemn, criticism or put downs. They are here to put their foot down and say, “Enough Is Enough.” This time Indigo Children are here to stay till they change the face of the world.

I m not an expert on this subject but, people who are interested in knowing more about Indigo Children can read: Lee Carroll and Jan Tobber’s, The Indigo Children.
If you need any further assistance or want to just talk about this phenomenon…you can anytime make an appointment @ FUDOL (fillingupthedashesoflife) Therapies.

World’s Changing!!!!

In the midst of 21st century, there are so many changes happening like the attitude of people changing towards cleanliness, education, gender, caste, creed, etc.; children are getting lot smarter, intelligent, mature, with no – nonsense attitude at an very early age; citizens of under -developed and developing nations raising their voices against evil; rising above petty issues like gossiping, talking ill about others, trying to control others - people are getting more focused on one’s own development; many NGOs are being developed to help eradicate pain and suffering; technological upheaval is changing the face of the earth every day; many social networking sites helping individuals to be themselves and help them live a transparent life, old structures are collapsing, etc.

World is changing at a rate no one had expected it to. There is big shift happening around the world, at a pace which no one had anticipated, there is an increasing need to be oneself, stand up for what one feels and believes strongly in, to rise against authority and stand together.
Many of you must have noticed that there are some people going out of your life, there are new people entering your life who have same life purpose as yours at a pace like never before. You must have also felt your intuition getting stronger day by day, your goals are clearer than ever, etc.

There are few pointers I want to share with you to help you cope with all the changes happening in this world, in this society and in your own self:

A) Write down all the qualities and talents that you have which makes you special in an orange card board paper. Read these things 10 times loudly then stick it besides your mirror or anywhere visible to you on a daily basis.
B) Appreciate other person’s uniqueness. We have been given different qualities, nature, skills, talents, smartness, and behavior so that we can assist each other for change and help heal ourselves and the earth of all the bitterness in and around us. Ironically, it is the most difficult task as we have grown with so many insecurities and fears.
C) It is essential that you focus on yourself (your physical health, grooming yourself, thinking positive thoughts, doing what you love doing) as much as you can, it will help you listen to your inner voice more clearly. Whenever you feel strongly about doing something, get on with it. Your intuition is never wrong. Initially, you would require lot of courage but then, it will become your second nature to act on your intuition. Just take the plunge.
D) If a person wants to go out of your life, let him/her go, don’t hold on to them. As it is said, “If you love someone, let them go and if they come back to you, they are truly yours.” Let go of all the past relationships who though are not currently present in your life but, they are still present in your mind.
If you need further assistance on this problems or any other problems email us to fix up an appointment. We also have an option of online session.

Preparing for the Real World

I won’t bore you by giving you lecture and advise you on what to do during the exams, after the exams, which college to go, etc, etc..

I know one thing for sure that everyone has the potential strength to become successful and have all the fame and prosperity in life. But, I would definitely want to share and talk about few quality that one might forget when one is in world full of competition and one's survival instinct to the quest of success and prosperity is high.

Integrity (Character):

You might be talented, intelligent, smart, etc and because of that you would also gain success, fame and prosperity. But, the strength to sustain that fame, prosperity and success will be determined by your character.

According to me, one’s character would include the following:

A) Connect with Others and Build Trust:

First and the foremost important thing is how you deal with people whether they are people with equal caliber or below your level or above your caliber. Because of our competitive environment, one tends to forget to respect the people who are working under us or who ‘we think’ are not smart like us…remember never underestimate anyone and even never underestimate yourself. You might have all the ingredients to succeed but, if you do not know how to deal with people, if you can’t respect and love the other person…all your talent, intelligence will go for waste. If you are always looking for an opportunity to criticize the other person and put the other person down…your success will be short – lived.

If you want that your success, fame and wealth should last long – start loving and blessing other people’s success and be happy for the other people, respect every single human being whether they match your caliber or not.

B) Be Oriented Towards Reality and Practicality:

I am not saying reality and practicality as one see’s in this world…cutting each other out for survival, disrespecting others because they don’t match your standards, etc.

Here, what I am talking is : which ever, field you decide to go develop such strong skill in that particular field you become so confident that you no longer care about competition. What is required here is only hard work, passion to become competent in your chosen field, doing what is required to become competent.

Working Hard to become competent will shine you like a gold which is eternal (needs no polishing) in long term.

C) Expect Only The Best:

Expect the best performance from yourself, stretch yourself to perform at your optimum level in important task like academics, career, relationships, etc. Automatically, that will get ingrained in your personality and will reflect where ever you go and whom ever you meet and you would not have to even ask the other person to give you his/her best…it will automatically happen.

Expect the best from yourself & others and you will always get the best things in life.

D) Planning and Organizing:

As much as Spontaneity is required in life…there is planning and organizing required in life too. Some amount of planning is required right from small thing in day to day life like studying for your exams, to managing your extra – curricular activities with your studies to big things in life like planning your finance, organizing your home and office so that your daily work becomes simple and you can enjoy every aspect of life.

Balance between Spontaneity and Planning & Organizing is very important if one have to enjoy life to the fullest.

Hope you take into consideration these soft skills are they as important in one’s life as getting an ‘A’ grade or good percentage in any exams.

Workshops are conducted on a one - to - one basis for Young Adults who are preparing to enter the real world or are having trouble in adjusting to the real world. Live Your Dreams!

You have dreams – your dreams are broken – you stop dreaming – grieve about it and swear you will never dream again – good days come – happiness benignly create new dreams – new dreams, new hope, new enthusiasm – again your dreams are broken – Ooch. Well, it seems like a vicious circle.

There are contemporary beliefs like, “Dreams don’t come true”; “It was just a dream”; “It was just not mend to happen”; “I don’t have that kind of money, courage, etc.”

How many of us conform to these statements? I used to…until I learned the hard way.

Before going any further, I would like to give you my definition of dreams. Dream according to me, “is that wish/desire/ambition our conscious and subconscious mind covets amid the day and night of the person’s living life.” For me, day – dreaming one’s desires and wishes are all part of one’s dream.
I believe everyone is born with a belief that achieving one’s dreams are possible. That’s why a child is always very innocent because they have immense faith in themselves, their higher selves (God), and their vitality to reach the moon. Eventually, we let the system of society get us and allow them to crush our dreams, our innocence, our valor and instill instead vindictive and paranoid thoughts and behavior.
Again, we are not here to blame anyone, as we are all victim of victims. Instead, we are here to break that vicious circle and get back to our faith in Ourselves, our God and our Dreams.

“Fillingupthedash-esoflife” have discovered few simple but powerful techniques to:
1)      Overcome the grief of broken dreams.
2)      Helping you realize your highest dream.
3)      Support you while you break away your paranoid and vindictive thoughts and behavior.
4)      Be there while you discover your dream work.
5)      Regular feedback while you on the path of your dreams. FUDOL (fillingupthedash-esoflife) Therapies will be there for you while... you break your circle of hatred and disbelief and re – enter into Love! Light! Laughter! J.
This program is based on customized need and will only be conducted on a one – one basis. So, the duration will also be decided accordingly. This program can be conducted online as well.

So, if you desire for all your highest, deepest dream to come true and you need a support system to help you, to listen to your needs, and a friend to walk with you in the whole journey of re – discovering your dreams…go ahead and get in touch with us.

Abuse

To change any situation in life, one needs to say ‘I am going to stand for the things which I feel are right’, and the ingredients required by a nation, a society, an individual to stand by this statement is lot of courage, strength, willpower, and ability to love and respect yourself and others.

Here, I want to discuss about one issue which takes away all the love we were born with and instills fear of lifetimes i.e. Abuse.
Abuse can be of various levels like physical (addiction, anorexia, etc.), psychological (dejection, doubting oneself, etc.), Emotional (verbal lashing, emotional blackmails, etc.) and spiritual (not listening to one’s inner self). This abuse can be inflicted by self, by others, by karma's, by circumstances, etc.

Here, I can go on – on about abuse but, all the information on abuse you can get on the internet, the levels and forms. The purpose of this article is to find out why we allow ourselves to be abused and how can one snap out of this vicious circle of abuse.

Imagine, that you love a person unconditionally. Would you ever try to harm that person in any way? Will that matter to you if he/she has a bad academic record, has one tooth missing, or has dark skin colour, or is not famous and successful, if he/she makes a mistake would you never forgive him/her?
The normal answer would be ‘NO’ because, this is what unconditional love means, you love someone wholeheartedly with all their positive and negative qualities. It is next to impossible that we would love anyone unconditionally because for that ONE HAS TO LOVE ONESELF UNCONDITIONALLY.

Life is full of challenges but the biggest challenge of all is Loving Thyself. The more you accept your short comings, the more you face your devil side, the more you shred your inhibitions, ego, need to control others – the more you would respect your desires, your dreams, your freedom, importance of taking responsibility for your actions, making your own decisions, etc.
Once you start knowing yourself better, you would automatically empathize with others, you will not have to make an extra effort to understand and support other person’s desires, dreams, freedom of choices, etc. And once that happens…it will be very difficult to abuse others and yourself.

Lack of self love brings a lot of self – doubt, comparison, regret, manipulation, unable to receive love and kindness. All these qualities make us a perfect victim for abuse whether it is inflicted by others or our own self.

These are few tips if done on a regular basis can help you start the process of loving yourself and remove any kind of abuse from your life:

1)      Every once in a while, pamper yourself. Go to a parlor, look good, do things which you love doing, get in touch with your feminine self, add pink into your clothes, watch romantic movies, buy roses, etc.

2)      Take some time out. Sit with a paper and pen. Write down (preferably hand – written than typed) all the ‘bad’ things/feelings which no one knows about you, which is hidden deep inside. There are high chances the more you probe yourself, the more you would also know what is inside yourself. Give your inner self 30 minutes…list all the things that you and our society finds ‘devilish’ in you. Begin the process of knowing yourself better.

The Process: Unconditional Love:

Knowing Yourself – Accepting Yourself – Loving Yourself Unconditionally
After this process there would be no need for any kind of abuse, there would be no need to harm others and oneself. We would have filled ourselves and others with PINK energies i.e. energies of LOVE. We would know that, to harm others in any way is to harm ourselves and to harm ourselves is to harm the Creator/Universe.

3)      If you want help in completing the process and to fill yourself with love. Call up and fix an appointment @FUDOL Therapies (fillingupthedash-esoflife)...we will be your platform where you can express your deepest, darkest secret like no one is listening. We will let you fall and provide you with a ladder so that you can rise again.

LOVE

What is Love? What is Love? Love is Love..."When your system is filled with natural chemical called LOVE...you will always see positive things in yourself, others, and the situations you are in. You would want to extend the love you have to others."
We like to make things complicated and that's why we have several types of love: romantic, parental, sibling, etc. But, for the Universe or God or Creator or Subconscious: Love is Love. The Purest and Highest form of energy.
I believe… LOVE IS LOVE...in any category. And everybody has the ability to love others unconditionally. The only hitch and condition in loving the other person as he/she is: You have to Love Yourself Unconditionally.
If you can't love yourself unconditionally, you can never in 'n' number of lifetimes start loving anyone else unconditionally.

We are soooooooooo afraid to look within ourselves ... if one is so afraid and fearful of one's 'devilish and bad qualities' and can't accept it as it is....how can a person accept other's bad quality.

In an advent of hiding one's devil side we forget that our subconscious mind is like a spring the more you suppress it, the more forcefully it shows in different ways. If one can accept its devil side... n says, "it’s okay if I have a certain thought which are considered 'bad' by the society...I accept it and I m willing to look at why this thoughts arise, which of my needs are not fulfilled, where I am lying to myself, where I am not listening to my intuition and my Divine self. It’s a process in itself and it can take away at least one lifetime...but, definitely worth it.

I strongly believe: If I don't love myself unconditionally...I can never love others unconditionally. And the only way, I know of loving myself is to be downright honest with myself.

If I tell someone that I love him/her....I love everything about him/her....whether it’s their ‘bad’ side and their 'good' side.
We will initially love conditionally because that’s the first step of our soul’s journey.
But, it would help if you are aware of the conditions and expectations you put on LOVE you have for yourself and others. It would help if you realize that your relationship with everything you are surrounded with is a Mirror of your thoughts, words, feelings and actions. This knowledge will make it easy for you to see which area of yourself…you don't love yourself for...it’s the first step towards Loving Yourself Unconditionally.

If you find it difficult to look into the mirror and tell yourself, "I Love You"; If you find it difficult to say, "It's okay to have imperfections," then you are invited to FUDOL Therapies (Fillingupthedash-esoflife) where it is believed that loving unconditionally is the first step to enlightenment.

Yellow

When we look at a sunflower – our mind would suddenly become vibrant, bright and enthusiastic. Yellow energy connects us to our mental self.
Yellow is related to the Solar Plexus Chakra which is situated below the ribs in the human body. Solar Plexus Chakra is located three fingers width above our navel. It is also called Manipura Chakra in Sanskrit (which means “city of jewel”).

Yellow colour stimulates our personal power and gives us clarity of mind. Without power in our Solar Plexus we would not be able to focus and will become cynical.

Yellow colour helps us to promote not only new thoughts and freshness of ideas but also, is a symbol of mental strength. Yellow is the colour of confidence and optimism but if wrong tones in wrong proportions are used in a room then yellow can be a colour which ignites depression and suicide.

Yellow has many different shades and each shade has its characteristics and can be helpful in solving many physical as well as emotional problems.

If you have problems like diabetics, skin problem, lack of concentration, lack of self - worth and lack of intellectual clarity then yellow is the energy you need to boost in your body.

Whenever you feel you are low on confidence or you require courage on your selves or you need ample laughter and enthusiasm or you need your intelligence following are the things you can try:

 1)  On above occasion, you can try wearing a scarf which has lots of yellow in it or try wearing some shirt or t – shirt or some accessory with yellow on it.
2)  On a regular basis eat fruits like papayas, apricots, grapefruit, peaches, pineapple or pumpkin, to help keep your solar plexus chakra in a good mood.

3) Take sun rays every morning. Close your eyes and accept the rays of the sun. Enjoy each and every rays of the sun penetrating in your body.

4) Last but not the least, if you want to considerably reduce the feelings of sadness, depression and disconnect and if you want someone to assist you in helping yourself heal then do fix an appointment @ "FUDOL Therapies" (Fillingupthedash-esoflife).
